According to HMV Japan, volume 3 of Silver Spoon will be out on April 18th. No other online shop is confirming the day so far, so it may move around a bit.

Silver Spoon chapter 31 scanlation
There’s an early release of Silver Spoon chapter 31 at Red Hawk Scanlations, featuring the second and last part of the A Memory of Summer side story. The series will be on hiatus next week, but will be back in Shounen Sunday issue 14 (out March 7th) with the first Autumn chapter!
