It seems the special edition of volume 3 of Silver Spoon (which included an actual silver spoon) sold out soon after it was released. Since it was still in high demand, Shogakukan has decided to make a special edition of volume 4 which will, again, include the spoon.
The price will be 860 JPY and (just to clear any confusion) the spoon will be the exact same one.
